A majority of healing happens during sleep and at a particular phase of the sleep cycle. Sleep is necessary for optimum health. In the workshop, you will learn different phases in sleep cycle, identify causes of poor sleep and learn how the environment, lighting and other factors can affect your sleep cycle and the quality of your sleep.
We will also bring to light how essential oils and other natural remedies can be used to promote restorative sleep.
And finally as a bonus, we will end the evening with a beautiful guided Yoga nidra relaxation session for a better sleep!
